Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT)
Course Overview
AFCAT (Air Force Common Admission Test) is a comprehensive preparation test for candidates who dream of a career in the Indian Air Force. The course offers various study materials, including practical and interactive sessions, to boost students' confidence. It is considered a highly recommended course to enhance the chances of the student’s success significantly.
Who is Eligible?
Nationality: The candidate must be a citizen of India.
Age: The age limit for flying branches is 20 to 24 years as of 01 July 2024. The upper age limit f1 or candidates holding valid and current Commercial Pilot License issued by DGCA (India) is relaxable for up to 26 years.
Educational Qualification

Flying Branch: Candidates must have a minimum of 60% marks each in Maths and Physics at 10+2 level and Graduation with a minimum of three years degree course in any discipline from a recognised University with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent or BE/B Tech degree (Four years course) from a recognised University with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent.

Ground Duty (Technical):
Candidates must have a minimum of 60% marks each in Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level and a minimum of four years degree graduation/integrated post-graduation qualification in Engineering/Technology from a recognised University OR cleared Sections A and B examination of Associate Membership of Institution of Engineers (India) or Aeronautical Society of India or Graduate membership examination of the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers by actual studies with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent.

Ground Duty (Non-Technical):
Candidates must have a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate in all Graduation papers or a minimum of three years of degree course in any discipline from a recognised University with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent.

Physical and Medical Standards:
Candidates must meet the physical and medical standards set by the Indian Air Force.
